Tasting Notes :
The grapes are picked at perfect maturity and then, fermented for 6 to 12 weeks. The fermentation temperature is controlled so it never exceeds 32°C. Shinny purple colour with ruby hues. Powerful and complex nose with red fruit aromas, enhanced by peppery notes. Full attack of jammy red fruits. Easy to drink.
