Chateau Lalande Borie 2016 is made from 55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. Chateau Lalande- Borie was created by Jean-Eugene Borie in 1970. It occupies thirty hectares, of which twenty-five are vineyards, on the western plateau of Saint Julien, alongside some of the greatest classified growths of the appellation. Ruby colour with hints of crushed violet. Blakc fruit aromas infused by earthy, tobacco notes. Supple tannins and fine bead of acidity, quite minerally in style.
